Here is the newest addition to the collection of projects.  Found the pattern here and altered it to be larger.  It is a Christmas present for a friends son and I cant wait to share it with him.  Here it is:

Birthday Unicorn

I work teaching swimming and get the chance to work with amazing kids, making my job one of the best in the whole world.  On very special occasions I get invited to birthday parties.  Well I always love bringing a gift, and I love to craft so I try to always make my presents.  This is the present for Isabella and I hope that she loves it.

   

   

   

   

   

A little Yoda to brighten your day

It was recently my nieces birthday and she is a huge fan of Yoda from Star Wars


So for her birthday I gave myself the challenge of creating Yoda from yarn.  I searched and I searched but I couldn't find any patterns that I really liked or that were the size I was looking for.  So that's when I decided that I needed to create me own pattern and design exactly what I wanted myself.  The pattern took a while and after redoing the body about eight times I can say that I am super happy with the results of how he turned out.  So here he is.
