Lets go Scuba Diving, and we can take a friend

For anyone that like to join in, sorry for such a long time in between.  I have been finishing school and getting ready to start Graduate School.  But I do want to share my last project. I created a Scuba Driver buddy.  The pattern came from Ravelry and was created by Nancy Anderson (http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/spike-the-scuba-diver).  It turned out awesome and looks great.  Here are some pictures of the finished project.  If you are interested you can make one of your own.  I made a few slight changes but nothing drastic.  Well here he is:

Well after he was all done I figured that he needed a friend, so I made him a special Seahorse buddy so he wouldn't be alone.  This pattern come from http://www.magicalmaus.com/2010/06/seahorse-crochet-pattern.html#axzz1HKaky2gr
I only increased the size of the hook that I used and used safety eyes instead of creating my own eyes (i like safety eyes, I think they give more personality).  he turned out great.  Check out the free pattern
